Earth is the planet that most humans inhabit, the rest being on space stations and spaceships orbiting the planet. With a population of around 8 billion, 100% of the human population lives there. The are 7 continents, (maybe 5 or 6) depending on who you ask. Antarctica, Australasia, Asia, Europe, North America, South America and Africa. They have a total of 193 countries (not including autonomous regions), soon to be 194 with the addition of Bougainville.
